Jersey Giant Asparagus plants are heavy producers. Their dark green stalks are large and uniform. Jersey Giant is an all male variety which means every plant produces spears. They are resistant to most diseases, including Fusarium Wilt and grow for up to 20 years. For best results, cut sparingly the first year for a larger and healthier crop the next year.

It blooms mid summer and needs full sun. 36-48" tall, hardy in zones 4-9. Plant in the spring 4-6 inches deep and 12-15 inches apart.
